FEAR - Find out Everything About yourself & Reveal your truth

Updated: Nov 22, 2021

Fear is not one word…it’s an entire being of its own.

You have probably heard the saying feel the fear and do it anyway. Where does fear come from?

It’s a complicated question to answer.

Fear comes from so many different places. Your conscious and your subconscious mind. You can feel the fear manifest into nervous coughs, violent stomach upsets, sweating hyperventilation and anxiety. If you’re not careful it can take over.

What does fear do to your body?

It comes from experiences you have had, experiences you think you might have, experiences you have seen others have. It comes from other people’s fears projecting onto you. This is a big one! Picking up on other people’s energy of all the reasons why they think you might fail when this is merely a reflection of fears for themselves or even of themselves.

What I do know, is that once you find out who you really are and what you are capable of anything is possible. When we start comparing ourselves to other people, an internal battle begins. The fear creeps in. How could you possibly try something if you perceive someone else is better than you or if you’ve seen others fail in what you want to embark on?

However the truth is that we are all unique and different and we all have our own journey which will be different from everyone else’s. While we may share similar experiences with others, no two experiences will ever be identical. We all have our own stage to perform on. This stage may be from behind a computer, through social media, seeing clients one on one, teaching students. Whatever it is, it is in this life where you need to find it. If you have already found your purpose, then it’s time to grow it and reach your full potential without FEAR.

No matter how much you have in life there is an untapped resource and that resource is you. Your spiritual development when it comes to shifting fear is fundamental to your personal growth. Your spiritual development builds up a strength in you to face those fears and move forward. In order to do this, you need to know who you really are.
