I was an IBS sufferer for many years. But eventually, I discovered the root causes of my symptoms & rid myself of nausea, bloating and awful abdominal cramps that kept me up at night.

Now, as a certified functional medicine practitioner, I help others discover the root causes of their IBS symptoms & heal their gut, so they can flourish & thrive, not just survive. 

Simply managing symptoms and staying on a low FODMAP diet is not a long term solution. 

Because, I believe, IBS is a BS diagnosis!
